Sabre GDS Assessment Question Bank (SME-Verified)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or a professional with hands-on, real-world experience using the Sabre GDS to develop a high-quality bank of 100 assessment questions. These questions will be used as a pre-employment screening tool and uploaded directly into our Learning Management System (LMS).

This is not a generic or AI-generated content task. All questions must be created and validated by someone with actual Sabre GDS experience and aligned with real Sabre workflows. Submissions that appear auto-generated or lack domain accuracy will not be accepted.
Scope
• Level: Beginner—assume applicants have completed basic Sabre training but have limited on-the-job experience.
• Formats: A balanced mix of Multiple choice, True/False, Short answer, and Drag and drop questions. Please pair each question with one correct answer (or answer set) and a brief justification that will serve as automatic feedback in the LMS.
• Coverage: Core Sabre navigation, Basic PNR creation, Simple fare searches, Seat assignments, Basic exchanges, Workflow checks and safety prompts etc.
• Metadata: For every question include a short competency tag (e.g., “PNR creation”, “Seat map”) and an estimated difficulty rating from 1–5 so we can filter items later.
Deliverable
Spreadsheet or .csv ready for bulk import, containing: question text, answer options, correct answer, feedback/explanation, skills/competency tag.
Acceptance Criteria
• Exactly 100 unique items, no duplicates.
• Language is concise, free of ambiguity, and adheres to Sabre terminology.
• Questions must be: Practically accurate, SME-validated, Consistent with current Sabre workflows
• All answers validated against current Sabre workflow (I will spot-check in system).
• File formats import without error into LMS.
Attachment contains sample questions for reference.
Timeline is flexible within one week once we agree on the outline and quotation.
