Rourkela Odia Video Lesson Educator
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I run the online learning platform “Utkala Sikhya Niketan” and need a fluent Odia-medium teacher based in Rourkela who can appear on camera to record clear, engaging lessons for school-age students. Your main job will be to plan and film subject-wise video classes—Odia, Mathematics, Science, Social Science or any combination you feel confident handling.
Because you’ve already worked with recorded lessons, I expect you to be comfortable setting up a basic camera or phone, speaking naturally, and delivering concepts step-by-step so students grasp them easily. Solid communication skills, a confident teaching style, and the ability to keep sessions lively are essential. Prior classroom or coaching-center experience is preferred; it shows you know how to pace a syllabus and handle common student doubts.
Workload is flexible: commit part-time or full-time, and we will align the number of videos accordingly. I typically structure compensation in the ₹10 000–₹15 000 per-month range, adjusting for experience and video quality.
