Job Title: Video Editor (Short-Form & Long-Form | India & Philippines Preferred)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented and reliable Video Editor to join our team and help create high-performing content for social media. This includes both short-form (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and long-form (YouTube, podcasts, interviews).

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Edit short-form videos (30–60 sec) with strong hooks and fast pacing
• Edit long-form videos (8–20+ min) with clean storytelling and structure
• Add captions, sound effects, music, and dynamic visuals
• Turn long-form videos into multiple short clips
• Improve retention through smart cuts, zooms, and timing
• Deliver polished, ready-to-post content

• Based in India or the Philippines
• Strong editing skills (cuts, pacing, transitions, captions)
• Experience with both short-form and long-form content
• Understanding of viral content styles and trends
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly
• Consistency and reliability

• Know how to hook viewers in the first 3 seconds
