Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m launching my own residential real-estate presence and need someone who can guide me from domain purchase all the way through a live, self-managed site.
The site’s core purpose is promoting my personal brand while still giving proper visibility to my hiring broker—name, logo, and a link to their site must be easy for me to update at any time.
What I know I need:
• Easy content updates (blog-style market bulletins, new listings, neighborhood data)
• Integration with MLS so current residential listings flow in automatically
• Solid on-page SEO so I’m discoverable in my target markets
I haven’t locked in a builder yet, so please feel free to recommend the best fit—WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or another CMS—along with the hosting platform you feel pairs well with it. A short comparison of pros, cons, and ongoing costs will help me decide.
Deliverables I expect:
1. Shortlist of available domain names plus registration assistance
2. Hosting recommendation and initial setup
3. Website design and build that matches modern real-estate aesthetics, is mobile-first, and includes an MLS feed
4. Clear walkthrough (video or live call) showing me how to add posts, listings, and broker info myself
5. Transfer of all credentials so I retain 100 % ownership
