Real Estate Social Content Creation

A real estate broker is looking to hire a creative artist/influencer to create content for social media to advertise apartments and homes for sale, price changes, sold listings, etc. This is a full time job 40 to 50 hours per week. You will be creating reels, posts and stories to advertise success of a realtor. For example, I have 10 properties for sale on my profile on Zillow. I add new properties every week, and some get sold. So they always change. You would check photos, read description and will create short reels and stories. You will choose trending music and will advertise every new listing, every price drop, every closed sale, different points about the amenities, like the luxury pool, ocean front view, etc. You will be looking at listings and always finding new ways to advertise one aspect or another.
