Real Estate Lead-Gen Ad Campaign
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I have several property listings that need wider exposure, and my goal is simple: turn online interest into qualified buyer leads. To make that happen I want a professional who can handle the full content cycle—creating eye-catching photos and graphics, short engaging videos, and clear written descriptions—then publish and actively promote them across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and my Ixact system.
Here is what I have in mind:
• Content creation: polished listing photos or graphics, quick-hit reels or slideshow videos, and persuasive copy that highlights each home’s strongest selling points.
• Channel deployment: schedule, boost, and monitor posts and ads on the three social platforms plus push everything into Ixact so it feeds my CRM drip campaigns.
• Performance focus: track clicks, inquiries, and form completions so we can double down on what drives the most leads.
I’ll supply existing listing photos, floor plans, and any MLS details you may need. You refine or rebuild the visuals, write fresh copy, set up the campaigns, and provide brief weekly metrics so I can see how each property is performing. If something isn’t converting, suggest new angles, audiences, or placements; agility is important.
Success for me is a steady stream of contact forms, direct messages, or phone calls from interested buyers who have already viewed the online material and are ready for the next step. Since I work independently as an agent in California (San Diego preferred), I am looking for someone familiar with the US market who has experience working with agents in similar settings. If you have experience turning social impressions into real estate leads, let’s talk about timelines and your recommended content cadence so we can get the first batch live quickly.
