I'm seeking a creative individual to help build our commercial real estate brand in Thane. This is an ongoing role that can be done remotely or in a hybrid setup.

Key Tasks:
- Design marketing posts for social media, hoardings, and brochures
- Write short, catchy captions and ad copies
- Assist with Facebook and Instagram creatives
- Maintain a consistent visual brand identity

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Canva and Photoshop
- Strong design sense and short-form copywriting skills
- Basic understanding of real estate and digital marketing
- Reliable and quick with turnaround

Bonus Skills:
- Content creation in Marathi and Hindi
- Prior real estate experience
