I’m ready to hand over the day-to-day running of my Instagram so the feed stays fresh, on-brand, and genuinely interactive.
Here’s what I need help with:
• Content creation – polished, professional-looking image posts that match my existing aesthetic and brand colours. You can design in Canva, Photoshop, or any tool you prefer as long as the result is crisp and consistent.
• Post scheduling – set up a reliable calendar (Later, Buffer, native Meta tools—your choice) so content goes out at optimal times without me having to think about it.
• Community engagement – reply to comments, react to story mentions, and nurture real conversations in DMs to keep followers feeling heard and valued.
The focus is still images rather than reels or stories, but feel free to suggest complementary formats if they will elevate the grid.
Deliverables each month
1. A visual content calendar with proposed captions and hashtags before anything goes live.
2. The final edited image files sized correctly for the feed.
3. Weekly engagement summary highlighting notable interactions, FAQs, or opportunities you spot.
