About Us
Atlantis Marina is building a modern marina and waterfront management platform focused on premium user experience, marina operations, reservations, dock management, billing, and smart marine technology integration.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Knowledge Manager to help create and maintain our customer-facing and internal documentation ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Produce and maintain:
Support articles
Help center documentation
Product manuals
Setup guides
Feature walkthroughs
FAQs
Internal process documentation
Marketing and product materials
Work closely with engineering and management teams to understand platform features
Translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language
Organize documentation structure and knowledge base categories
Create polished onboarding and training content for marinas and staff
Assist with release notes and new feature announcements
Help maintain consistency in branding, tone, and messaging
Ideal Candidate
Excellent English writing and communication skills
Experience with SaaS documentation, knowledge bases, or technical writing
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to understand software workflows and explain them clearly
Experience with marina, hospitality, boating, or property management software is a plus
Graphic/design skills for manuals and marketing materials are a bonus
Experience with tools like Notion, Confluence, Zendesk, Intercom, Canva, Figma, or similar is helpful
