Podcast Manager & Content Creator for Christian Podcast (Part-Time/Monthly)

Hi, I’m Cheyenne, and I host a Christian podcast called Seek JOY I’m looking for someone to help manage and grow my podcast, create content from each episode, and help me get booked as a guest on other podcasts. I currently record and produce episodes and have an editor who handles editing and reels, but I need support for everything else.

Tasks may include:

* Writing SEO-friendly podcast titles and descriptions
* Uploading episodes to podcast platforms and YouTube
* YouTube optimization: titles, descriptions, and thumbnail guidance
* Creating content from each episode: quote graphics, social media captions, carousels, email/newsletter content
* Scheduling and posting content on social media
* Outreach to other podcasts to secure guest appearances
* Analytics tracking and growth strategy

Requirements:

* Experience managing podcasts, YouTube, or online content
* Ability to create content in a Christian, faith-centered voice
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Experience with SEO, social media scheduling, and outreach preferred

Budget & Time Commitment:

* This is a part-time, ongoing project
* 5–10 hours per week (flexible)
* Budget: $150–$300/month, depending on experience and scope
