Your main goals will be:
• Generate new leads
• Bring in property owners who want to sell
• Build brand awareness
• Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Create engaging, high-quality real estate content
• Help develop the long-term marketing strategy

Responsibilities:
• Find and contact Phuket property owners for listings
• Generate buyer and seller leads
• Create social media content (reels, posts, stories)
• Schedule content and optimize for engagement
• Run or advise on targeted ad campaigns
• Research trending Phuket real estate content
• Build my personal brand as a trusted Phuket agent

Ideal Skills & Experience:
• Experience in real estate marketing (Thailand or international)
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and short-form content
• Ability to create engaging videos and graphics
• Understanding of lead generation funnels
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with the Phuket property market is a big advantage
• Ability to work long-term with consistent weekly tasks
