Photography and Video editing- from my iPhone to Instagram posts with Text at the beginning

We have about 20 unedited videos for Youtube (alas I have lost my log-ins so need to contact YouTube and then they go on Instagram. But to do video consistently I need to be able to shoot with my iPhone as photographers and videographers are expensive. and I have three light boxes and ample tripods so a photographer could use walk in and start filming. I need to see if I can be photoshopped into existing Images of historic homes etc or video of me talking about the home like Yves St Laurents home in Marrakesh I think. WE have over 600 videos on another site we own called WorldsCoolestThings.com and we weren't smart about it-we ddi not think to have me at each store talking for 15 minutes or 15 seconds but can we do something with me talking for 15 seconds and then the video of the store plays-Marcias Hidden gems or something
