Patreon Engagement Specialist Needed

We run a Patreon account that offers videogame content and Spanish-language lessons. We're ready to deepen the relationship with patrons. The account is already set up and running; what we need now is focused, ongoing community engagement.
Your main mission is to keep patrons feeling heard, valued, and excited about upcoming releases. Day-to-day work will include:
• Replying promptly to patron messages and comments.
• Sparking conversation around new lessons, game updates, polls, or behind-the-scenes posts.
• Tracking feedback, questions, and suggestions so I can fold them into future content.
Familiarity with Patreon’s notification system, tagging, and basic analytics will be important so you can quickly see which tiers are most active and where extra attention is needed. If you’ve used tools like Discord or Crowdcast alongside Patreon, let me know—integrating channels smoothly is a plus, though not required.
I’ll supply all creative assets and posting schedules; you bring the community-building expertise. A brief weekly summary of engagement trends and any patron concerns will help me refine content and rewards.
