Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Facebook Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our Facebook presence for a grocery/halal food business in Japan.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person who can consistently create engaging content and drive real customer engagement and sales.

Responsibilities
Create and post daily Facebook content (images, reels, promotions)
Design or edit attractive promotional posts
Manage and grow Facebook Page engagement
Share posts in relevant groups and communities
Run and optimize Facebook Ads (optional but preferred)
Respond to comments/messages if needed
Suggest new ideas for growth and marketing strategy

Requirements
Proven experience in Facebook marketing & content creation
Experience with Canva / CapCut / video editing tools
Understanding of Facebook algorithm and engagement strategies
Ability to create high-converting promotional content
Experience in grocery / food / eCommerce marketing is a plus

Flexible timing but must ensure daily posting consistency
