Ongoing Content Creation Virtual Assistant
Budget: $8 – $15 CAD
I run a growing coaching and keynote-speaking practice and want a reliable virtual assistant to keep my content engine running week after week. Content creation is my top priority, with social media posts leading the charge. The goal is to position me as a thought leader, nurture my audience, and drive qualified traffic back to my website and email list.
Deliverables
– Weekly social media calendar (Monday delivery) covering:
• Facebook
• Instagram
• LinkedIn
– Captions in my voice plus royalty-free or Canva-designed visuals, then scheduled through Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn’s native scheduler.
– Monthly email newsletter and two promo broadcasts created and sent via ConvertKit, including light copywriting and segmentation.
– Ongoing on-page SEO tweaks inside WordPress (Yoast SEO, internal links, fresh meta descriptions) to keep my coaching and speaking pages ranking.
Acceptance criteria: minimum four posts per week per platform, email open rates above industry benchmarks, and steady growth in organic search clicks.
Typical workload is 5–7 hours a week, and I’m looking for a long-term collaboration. When you apply, share one social post you’re proud of, a quick outline of your workflow, and the main tools you use so I can see how we’ll mesh. Brand guidelines and a full content vault will be provided once we get started.
