Creative Brand & Community Manager – Beauty (Content & Social Media)

We are looking for a creative and hands-on freelancer to manage and elevate the digital image of a premium skincare brand.
The brand already exists (products, visuals, direction). Your role is to improve content quality, manage social media, and strengthen the visual identity.

Scope:
• Manage Instagram and TikTok accounts (posting, planning, engagement)
• Create short-form videos (Reels / TikTok)
• Produce clean, premium visuals (product, textures, skincare storytelling)
• Maintain strong visual consistency
• Improve content performance (hooks, formats, trends)
• Coordinate with UGC creators or influencers if needed
Profile:
• Strong content creator (photo and video)
• Good understanding of beauty and skincare codes
• Strong aesthetic sense (premium positioning)
• Autonomous and fast execution
• Community management mindset
Content & KPIs approach:
We are not looking for fixed volume production.
The goal is to test, learn, and scale what works.
Initial phase will focus on:
• Creating a few high-quality contents (Reels / visuals)
• Testing hooks, formats, and angles
• Identifying what drives engagement and conversions
KPIs will include:
• Engagement rate
• Views / watch time
• Content performance (hooks effectiveness)
• Conversion intent (clicks, interactions)
Based on results, content production and workload will be scaled.
We prioritize quality, creativity, and performance over quantity.

Tools & Skills:
• CapCut, Premiere Pro or Final Cut
• Canva or Photoshop
• Basic understanding of social media growth
• AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney or similar) are a plus
Important:
This role is execution-focused. We are not looking for strategy-only profiles.

Payment structure:
We work with a results-driven approach. Initial collaboration is based on fixed-price tasks (per content, per mission, or defined deliverables) in order to ensure clarity, efficiency, and performance. Hourly work may be considered later only after successful validation, with strict scope, time limits, and tracking. We prioritize fast execution, clear outputs, and measurable results over open-ended hourly work.
