Need a video created in AI then marketed on TikTok

I need you to use ai to quickly create a video that gets attention from our target market, using whatever the easiest ai website is to use, but a customizable one in case changes need to be made. Once i approve the video, you will then market it on tiktok using our account and demographics criteria. The story board is below.
