Need a tiktok content creator for my new project

JOB Description:
I am looking for a talented and creative tiktok content creator to help me with a new project of mine.
My project is brand new and it's in the fashion niche.
I need someone who can:
1. Research and come up with creative ideas for types of content that can be created for my specific niche.
2. Create the content at a good frequency (2 - 3 pieces of content per day)
3. Analyze results of the content and improve over time.
This is a temporary position for now but if I find someone who is producing great results, I would be willing to offer a year/multi-year contract.
