Need content planner and video editor to create content for art community
Budget: $30 – $250 SGD
Hi,
I am looking for a small team of freelancers (2-3) who can help our art community create ORIGINAL reels (1-3mins long) videos for instagram and facebook. You will need to come up with your own content and edit the videos in an original manner. Our art community has over 200k followers on facebook but it has been inactive for some time. We would to make it active again.

Requirements (Content Planner)
- Be an art enthusiast. Find interesting viral art videos and edit them using AI to create Transformative content: Add your own commentary, captions, voiceovers, or reactions so it’s not “just a repost.”

- We will need a content calendar with the planned content (video) and proposed captions with artist attribution
Requirements (Video Editor)
- Using the content sourced from the internet, create a 1-3 minute reel optimized for IG and FB, adding commentary, captions, edits to the video to make it original. All videos must be transformed and different from the original clip.
- Avoid shocking, political, or unsafe content
- Add captions, voiceover (using AI), b-roll clips (non copyrighted), or even a face in the corner giving reactions and speaking (using AI).
- Include our branding (visionary Arts) logo on all videos
- Be familiar with Meta monetization policies. (Partner Monetization Policies (PMP), Content Monetization Policies (CMP)
Your actual content must be:
Original or transformative (not pure reposts, no stolen clips)
Advertiser-friendly (no shocking, violent, sexual content)
Accurate (no misinformation, scams)
Properly attributed if using third-party content with permission
This work will be on a recurring basis. We will need 5 videos to start, and eventually 3-4 videos weekly.
In order to be considered, sample work will be required.
