Over the past several years, we have built a trusted partnership, and we are now developing a product specifically designed to interface with and serve Japan.
- The Situation
As we expand into Japan, we are facing key challenges related to language localization, cultural adaptation, and accurate Japan market understanding. To ensure the success of this expansion, we are strengthening our team with native Japanese speakers who can bridge the gap between product development and the Japanese market.
- Your Role
We are looking for 2 Japanese native speakers (English language skills are not required) to join our team.
In this role, you will:
* Create and localize content in Japanese for our product and related materials
* Support the adaptation of product messaging for the Japanese market
* Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss product direction and updates
* Provide insights and feedback on Japanese market trends, user expectations, and cultural considerations
* Advise the team on language accuracy, tone, and market fit for Japan
* Act as a key contributor in shaping how the product is positioned and understood in Japan
- What We’re Looking For
* Native-level Japanese proficiency
* Strong understanding of Japanese language, culture, and communication style
* Interest in digital products, technology, or market development (preferred)
* Ability to provide clear feedback and collaborate in a team environment
* No English language requirement
