Project Title: Social Media Marketer for NDIS Provider –
Project Budget: TBA

Project Overview
I am looking for a high-level social media marketer to take full ownership of the online presence for my small but growing business, a registered NDIS provider based in Western Australia. We provide premium disability care and complex nursing supports. Our mission is "Where Ambition Meets Support," and we need a professional who can maintain a compassionate yet clinical and authoritative tone.

Scope of Work
Content Volume: Design and schedule 5 assets per week (minimum 20 per month) plus a minimum of 6 Reels/Videos per month.

Creative Direction: Every piece must spotlight our registered NDIS services (Complex Nursing, Daily Living, SIL/SDA, etc.), maintain a professional tone, and speak directly to healthcare professionals, Support Coordinators, and participants.

Brand Consistency: Strictly adhere to our brand identity using our official logo and HEX colors: Purple (#60269E), Teal (#00A19A), and Orange. Use high-quality imagery of real people (no cartoons).

Copywriting: Develop all supporting copy (captions, niche NDIS hashtags, and video scripts).

Meta Ads Management: Plan, launch, and continuously optimize Meta ads. This includes refreshing creative when performance dips, adjusting audiences (WA-specific), and reporting key metrics.

SEO & SMO: Take charge of Social Media Optimization and basic SEO to ensure our brand is discoverable in the disability sector.

Google Business Management (GBM): Publish weekly updates, respond to reviews/comments, and ensure our profile stays current.
