Monthly Social Content for Bookings
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
My travel-and-tourism agency depends on a lively Facebook and Instagram presence that turns scrolling into seat bookings. Every month, I need a full content engine—planned, produced, scheduled, and tracked—so I can focus on closing sales.
Objective
The single success metric is the number of inquiries and confirmed bookings each post drives. Brand awareness and follower growth are welcome side effects, but conversions sit at the top of the scoreboard.
Content Direction
• Promotional offers will highlight our most tempting exclusive packages, emphasising limited availability to spark urgency.
• Trust builders come from short written testimonials pulled from recent guests.
• Informational pieces explain what’s included in each package and answer common pre-booking questions.
Monthly Workflow
1. Content calendar: 2–3 posts daily, 2–3 videos per week mapped around key travel dates, holidays, and internal campaigns.
2. Production: source or design eye-catching imagery, craft captions, embed local-flavoured hashtags, and include a clear booking call-to-action. Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools are fine as long as the quality matches our feed.
3. Scheduling: load everything into Meta Business Suite (or a comparable scheduler) at optimal times for our audience.
4. Reporting: each Friday, I expect a concise dashboard—reach, engagement, click-throughs, and most importantly, the leads generated so I can trace revenue back to your work.
Acceptance Criteria
• Posts go live on the agreed dates without missing slots.
• All captions are grammatically sound, brand-consistent, and include a booking CTA.
• Weekly report arrives before Monday morning, in Google Sheets or PDF, with data pulled directly from Facebook and Instagram insights.
• Content stays 100 % original or properly licensed.
Examples of past work, especially in the travel/tourism niche.
A brief outline of your proposed content volume and strategy for the first month.
This is an ongoing arrangement paid at a flat monthly rate. If the first month proves you can drive measurable bookings, we’ll treat you as a long-term extension of our team.
