Monthly SEO Content & Reports
Budget: $30 – $250 SGD
I need a partner who can keep a steady creation of high-quality, keyword-focused articles while also handling the performance reporting that comes with them. Here is how our workflow is set up:
• Content creation
– Ten articles every month, each 1 000–1 500 words
– One in-depth piece every month, roughly 3 000 words
– Conversational tone that feels on-brand and engaging
– Proper structure: clear H2/H3 headings, short paragraphs, and the occasional bullet list for readability
– Compelling visuals in every post. AI-generated images are fine as long as they match our brand palette and style guidelines. Feel free to pull from Canva, Midjourney, or my own custom GPT image prompts.
– Everything delivered in Google Drive by the 5th of each month so my team can queue it for publication
• Reporting
I will share a template; you simply drop in the updated data and insights. The completed report for the prior month is due in the first week of each new month. Keep the commentary focused on what moved the needle for organic traffic and what we should try next.
Acceptance criteria
1. Content passes a quick plagiarism check and reads naturally .
2. Metadata, internal links, and alt text are included.
3. Images are sized for web and labeled correctly inside the Drive folders.
4. The report is fully populated, accurate, and submitted on time.
5. I am okay with AI generated content and happy to also provide usage of my custom GPT, but please do not cut and paste AI content. Proofread and ensure everything is accurate, factual, and reads naturally.
