We’re looking for ONE high-skill IRL short-form video editor fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, who is very familiar or was brought up in a Western cultural environment. Cultural understanding is non-negotiable. This is a long-term role, not freelance filler.
Payment is monthly based (We are limited on budget but 6-12 month of work or longer)
Requirements
1. Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) AND English
2. Western-raised (understands Western pacing, humor, and storytelling)
3. Strong experience with IRL / vlog / reality-style content
4. Sharp instincts for retention, pacing, and emotional beats
5. Can follow direction precisely and iterate fast
6. Reliable, communicative, and deadline-driven
