Manage & Edit for Viral YouTube Channel

Job ID: 39857304

Budget: $10 – $25 USD

YouTube Channel Manager & Video Editor (Short-Form Content)

Overview

Luna Hayes Media manages the Luna Hayes YouTube Shorts channel, which has surpassed 100,000 subscribers and consistently earns between $3,000 and $6,000 per month. The channel produces viral, faceless short-form videos using trending social-media clips, narrations, and dynamic editing.

We are seeking a dedicated, creative, and reliable YouTube Channel Manager & Video Editor to handle daily operations — from content research and editing to uploading and performance tracking.

This is a commission-based position offering 20% of the channel’s monthly ad revenue, paid once per month according to YouTube’s payout schedule. Your income is directly tied to your consistency, creativity, and the results you achieve. Working harder and doing better means you get paid more.

Each video typically takes 15–20 minutes to complete. For an experienced editor, this role requires roughly 1–2 hours per day to meet the daily upload target.

Short-listed candidates will complete a brief trial assignment within 48 hours to demonstrate editing quality, creativity, communication, and ability to match the exact video style and upload format used on the Luna Hayes channel.

Responsibilities
• Research and source trending, high-engagement clips from TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Write concise, natural English scripts for narration.
• Use AI voice tools such as ElevenLabs to generate voiceovers.
• Edit and upload three (3) videos per day, adding captions, transitions, and effects for maximum engagement.
• Optimize uploads in YouTube Studio with proper titles, descriptions, and metadata.
• Maintain consistent communication and reliability.
• Track audience performance and retention to guide creative improvements.

Qualifications
• Proven experience with YouTube Shorts or similar short-form editing.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong written English for scripting and captions.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet daily publishing goals with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience managing a monetized or faceless YouTube channel preferred.
• Portfolio or sample work required (links or files must be submitted).

Compensation & Schedule
• 20% monthly commission, paid after YouTube’s official payout.
• Typical monthly earnings: $600–$1,200, depending on consistency and performance.
• Remote, flexible schedule (approximately 1–2 hours per day).
• Missed uploads may proportionally reduce monthly payout.

Application Process

Please include:
1. A short summary of your relevant experience.
2. A link to your portfolio or past work.
3. Confirmation that you can produce three videos daily.

Trial Assignment:
Qualified applicants will be given a brief trial project to produce a video exactly as it would appear on the Luna Hayes channel — matching its editing, pacing, and upload format. The trial must be completed within 48 hours of receiving the assignment to ensure timely consideration.
