I run Content Authority HQ, an agency that turns one long-form video from top-tier coaches and consultants into a month of platform-ready assets. My team brings in the clients and manages every relationship; I now need a dependable partner who can own the technical side of production from first file drop to final delivery.
Here is the recurring workflow you would handle:
• Trim the source video into 15–20 short-form clips, add dynamic captions, light motion graphics, and brand elements
• Create 30 days of LinkedIn / X copy drawn from the same recording, matched to each client’s voice and the enclosed style guide
• Organise everything in clearly named folders and deliver in the agreed formats (1080×1920 MP4 for video, Google Doc for copy)
You should already feel comfortable producing both video and written content end-to-end, ideally with an AI-assisted stack such as Descript, ChatGPT, or similar. I will provide our Content Production Style Guide; you bring speed, quality control, and a commitment to consistent turnaround times.
