Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am seeking a UK based Personal Visibility Specialist to support my professional presence on LinkedIn. The role focuses on light-touch, high-quality content creation to enhance my visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in LinkedIn and content creation, with a strong understanding of social media marketing. This is a part-time role with a project scale of small, expected to pay £100 a month on a continual basis. Responsibilities are:
Draft monthly leadership content. Create 2–3 short LinkedIn posts per month reflecting leadership, people development, capability insights, or authentic behind‑the‑scenes moments.
Maintain a senior‑tone writing style. Ensure all content reflects a credible, British, senior‑officer voice — authoritative but human.
Optimise LinkedIn profile quarterly. Refresh headline, About section, banner, and Featured posts every 3 months.
Light engagement support. 5 comments per month on relevant Defence, leadership, or veteran‑community posts to maintain visibility.
Tagging and amplification. Suggest appropriate organisations or individuals to tag for increased reach.
Monthly analytics summary. Provide a short overview of what performed well and what to adjust.
