Kitchen Cooking Image Dataset
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’m building a fresh image dataset centred on real-life kitchen activity, and I need original, high-quality photos that clearly show someone in the act of cooking. Think everyday home or professional kitchens where the cook is chopping, stirring, frying, baking—any genuine “hands-on” moment works as long as the kitchen setting is evident in the frame.
Image guidelines
• Resolution: minimum 2048px on the shortest side, sharp focus, natural lighting preferred (mixed lighting is fine).
• Subjects: at least one person actively cooking; diversity in age, gender, ethnicity, kitchen style, utensils, and ingredients is strongly encouraged.
• Formats: JPEG or PNG, colour only, no heavy filters.
• Rights: you must own full rights to every photo and be able to provide model/property releases when identifiable faces or private locations appear.
Deliverables
1. A folder of 500+ curated images organised by scene (e.g., prep, stove, oven, plating).
2. A simple CSV with filename, brief scene description, and key tags (cook action, utensil, cuisine type, lighting condition).
3. Confirmation of rights/releases.
Please share a small sample (10–15 images) so I can verify style and quality before we proceed with the full batch.
