Interactive Word Document from PowerPoint

I have a detailed PowerPoint file that must live on as a polished Microsoft Word document—far beyond a simple copy-and-paste. I need every slide re-worked into cleanly styled text, tables, and graphics that follow Word’s Heading hierarchy so the content stays easy to update.

The finished file must feel dynamic: a fully clickable, auto-updating Table of Contents that pulls in all headings and subheadings; form fields such as text inputs, drop-downs, and checkboxes wherever the material calls for user input; and consistent headers, footers, and page numbering that update automatically as the document grows.

Please make sure the layout is professional, spacing and fonts are harmonious, and navigation (bookmarks, cross-references, hyperlinks) is rock solid. I will test the .docx on my side, so everything needs to function straight out of the box and remain stable for future edits.
