Instagram VA for Recruitment Brand
Budget: £2 – £5 GBP
I run a specialist recruitment company and want our Instagram feed to finally reflect the energy of the business. I’m looking for someone junior—this could suit a student or recent graduate—who can take care of three core areas for me:
• Content creation: design clean, on-brand graphics in Canva (or a similar tool) and write short, engaging captions that speak to job-seekers and hiring managers alike.
• Scheduling: load everything into Meta Creator Studio or another scheduler so the grid, Stories and the occasional carousel go out consistently—about three posts a week to start.
• Community engagement: reply to comments and DMs, jump into relevant hashtags, like and comment on target accounts, and generally keep the conversation going.
The driving goal is simple: boost brand awareness. Every post should reinforce who we are, what we do and why we’re worth following.
I’ll supply brand colours, fonts, past assets and example posts. You’ll bring fresh ideas, good written English and a knack for visual storytelling. A weekly recap of what went live and any key metrics you notice will keep us aligned.
If you have examples of graphics or captions you’ve created before—even from personal projects—please share them when you apply. Let me know your availability and why this kind of work excites you. I’m ready to get started as soon as I find the right fit.
