Instagram + YouTube Manager & Editor
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I need one capable person to look after both my Instagram and YouTube presence from idea to upload. I would like a long-term on going relationship for video editing for a variety of projects and can pay a monthtly amount in future.
The core focus is educational material, yet I also mix in promotional announcements and light-hearted entertainment, so you’ll be comfortable shifting tone when needed.
Your day-to-day work will include:
• Drafting a monthly content calendar that aligns topics across Instagram and YouTube.
• I can be reaponsible for uoloading to a share folder our video content. I would like coordination or direction (remote) followed by editing tutorials, interviews, and explainer videos into polished, platform-ready assets.
• Repurposing long-form YouTube cuts into reels, shorts, and carousel posts for Instagram.
• Writing engaging titles, descriptions, hashtags, and tags that improve discoverability and encourage comments.
• Designing eye-catching thumbnails and simple motion graphics when required.
• Tracking basic analytics so we can refine topics, posting times, and visual style over time.
You’ll have creative freedom, provided each piece is informative, on-brand, and visually consistent. If you’re fluent in Adobe Premiere (or similar), Canva, and basic YouTube Studio tools—and you genuinely enjoy turning complex ideas into easy-to-follow visuals—let’s talk about next steps and timelines.
