Instagram Reels Video Editor Needed

I run a social media content agency and need a reliable video editor for one of my clients, a cookie business. I shoot raw footage every 2 weeks and need it edited into 10 polished, on-brand Instagram Reels per batch (20 reels/month total).

What I need:

Editing raw phone/camera footage into Instagram Reels (15-60 sec typically), 10 per batch, every 2 weeks
Trendy cuts, pacing, and transitions - nothing corporate, should feel native to Instagram/TikTok
Captions/text overlays in a consistent style
Syncing to trending audio where relevant
Occasional carousel/photo sequencing too

This is a fixed rate for ongoing volume work - ideal for editors looking to build a strong short-form portfolio with consistent recurring projects.

Budget/type: Fixed monthly retainer - $100/month for 20 Reels (paid at end of each month).
