Instagram Reels Editor Needed

I’m managing short-form content for creators and looking for reel editors for a long-term setup.
Work type: Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts
Content style: talking-head or podcast clips
Reel length: usually 30–60 seconds
Editing style: clean cuts, readable condensed subtitles, very light punch-ins where needed
Focus: clarity, consistency, fast turnaround — not cinematic or heavy effects
Volume: consistent monthly work
Turnaround: typically 1–2 days per reel
Experience level: beginner to intermediate is fine
Looking for someone reliable who’s comfortable with simple, repeatable edits and clear communication.
