Instagram NYE Event Campaign
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
New Year’s Eve is fast approaching and I want our upcoming event to light up Instagram from now until the countdown. I’m looking for a social-savvy partner who can manage the full run of posts—photos, short-form videos and stories—so our feed, reels and daily story line-up all feel cohesive and festive.
I already have branded graphics, a handful of teaser clips and a style guide ready to share, yet we’ll still need fresh visuals and copy to fill the gaps. That means you’ll be curating what I provide, brainstorming new angles, then shooting, editing or designing the extra bits that keep followers excited right through to midnight.
Here’s what success looks like to me:
• A content calendar from kick-off through 1 January that slots photo posts, reels and stories at optimal times.
• Captions, hashtags and location tags tuned for reach and engagement.
• Smooth hand-off or direct posting on my business account (I’ll grant access once we’re set).
• Quick tweaks on anything that needs amending once live.
