Instagram Content Creator / Strategist (India Only | Long-Term Collaboration)
We are building two fast-growing Instagram accounts in the dating niche in India, and we are looking for a strong, creative, and highly responsible Content Creator based strictly in India to grow with our team long-term.
This is not a basic posting role. We need someone who understands viral mechanics, studies trends daily, and is ready to take real ownership of account growth.
Responsibilities:
Co-develop and execute the full Instagram growth strategy
Produce 20–30 high-quality Reels per month for each account (2 accounts total)
Monitor and adapt trends quickly
Research and source content ideas (interviews, clips, references, locations, formats, etc.)
Develop complete video concepts from idea to structure
Collaborate closely with our team to build a strong, recognizable content style
Take responsibility for consistent growth and performance
We want a proactive creator - not just someone who follows instructions.
Ideal Candidate:
Based in India (mandatory)
Strong experience in Instagram & short-form content
Deep understanding of viral formats and audience psychology
Creative thinker with strategic mindset
Organized, reliable, deadline-oriented
Focused on quality and measurable results
Ambitious and ready to grow financially with performance
Compensation:
We offer a fixed monthly salary + performance-based bonuses.
Reel reaches 100,000 views → bonus payout
Higher milestones → higher bonuses
