Instagram Chat Support Agent
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I run an Instagram-focused business and need a part-time team member who can stay on top of every inbox notification.
Your main responsibility is simple yet critical: reply to all customer DMs and story mentions on our Instagram account in a friendly, on-brand tone. Most questions revolve around product details, order status, and basic troubleshooting. When the opportunity arises, you should also guide interested followers toward the right product or current promo—light sales without sounding pushy.
What I expect from you
• Prompt responses during the agreed-upon shifts (typing indicators within minutes, not hours).
• Clear, concise answers written in natural, conversational Indonesian.
• Accurate tagging or escalation of complex issues to me so nothing slips through the cracks.
• A short end-of-shift summary highlighting common questions, unresolved cases, and any customer feedback trends.
Ideal background
• Previous social-media customer service experience—Instagram in particular.
• Familiarity with basic sales or marketing techniques; knowing when and how to upsell is a plus.
• Comfort using meta tools such as Instagram Inbox, Quick Replies, or third-party dashboards (e.g., Hootsuite).
• Extra credit if you can create quick product clips or reels, though the core role is chat support.
Let me know your typical weekly availability and any past accounts you’ve managed. If we’re a good fit, this can turn into a long-term, flexible slot you can manage alongside school or other work.
