Hotel Digital Distribution & Growth Manager — Booking.com, Airbnb, Website, Channel Manager & Social Media
Budget: $25 – $50 CAD
Hotel Rivel, a nature-focused hotel in Costa Rica, is seeking an experienced individual or small team to manage our digital presence and online booking channels.
The role includes overseeing Booking.com, Airbnb, our channel manager and direct-booking website; keeping rates, availability and calendars synchronized; optimizing listings and photographs; testing the website across desktop, mobile and multiple languages; and managing Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and approximately USD $1,000 per month in paid advertising.
We are looking for someone with proven hospitality experience who can work independently, prevent booking and inventory issues, improve online visibility and provide clear performance reporting.
Compensation is **USD $500 per month guaranteed, with the opportunity to earn an additional USD $500 monthly performance bonus** based on agreed objectives.
