Short explanation of how you would approach our social media strategy

I need a proactive social media manager who can take over the daily posting for my home-care and private-pay services brand. The focus platforms are Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and I want each of them to feel active, informative, and consistent with our compassionate tone of voice.

Content mix
Most of what you publish should educate families about in-home care options while keeping our services top-of-mind with tasteful promotional offers. No hard selling—think helpful tips, short caregiver spotlights, quick “how-to” reels, and gentle calls-to-action that invite inquiries.

Cadence & workflow
• One post per platform every day (text, image, or short-form video).
• You plan the monthly calendar, draft copy, create or source visuals, and schedule.
• I supply brand guidelines, service details, and any compliance notes; you handle the rest, including basic hashtag research and community engagement within the first hour of posting.

Trial scope & success markers
Because this is a trial run, I’ll review performance after the first 30 days. We’ll gauge success on post consistency, visual quality, engagement growth, and how well the messaging aligns with our core value of dignified, personalized care.

Tools you’re free to use include Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or native platform schedulers—whatever helps you hit the daily cadence smoothly.

If you have healthcare or senior-services experience, mention it; otherwise, show me how you’ll keep the tone empathetic and compliant. Looking forward to seeing your content calendars and sample graphics.
