I manage two Instagram pages—one for a multi-specialty hospital, the other for a real-estate developer—and I’m ready to hand the day-to-day content creation to someone who can craft eye-catching Hindi-language reels and feed posts that spark conversations and keep the algorithms happy.
My priority is engagement: thoughtful captions in simple yet persuasive Hindi, hooks that make people pause on a reel, and visuals that feel native to each niche while still looking like they came from the same creative mind. You’ll be switching tones between healthcare authority and property-investment excitement, so an instinct for audience psychology is vital.
Core tasks
• Ideate and script short-form reels and static or carousel feed posts for BOTH niches in roughly equal measure
• Source or create graphics, B-roll, music, and effects that fit current trends without sacrificing professional credibility
• Schedule drafts in a shared folder, allowing me to review and request tweaks before publishing
Acceptance criteria
• Every reel: up to 30 s, vertical 1080×1920, clear hook in the first 3 s, on-screen Hindi text, royalty-free audio or trending sound with usage rights noted
• Every feed post: square 1080×1080 or carousel, branded color palette, caption ≤ 150 words in conversational Hindi, relevant hashtags supplied
• Content calendar delivered at least one week ahead so we can plan around hospital health campaigns and real-estate launch dates
