Healthcare Content Creator & Social Media Manager Needed

Hi,
We are hiring a part-time Healthcare Content Creator , Healthcare related blog writer & Social Media Manager for our startup company.

Goal: Generate surgery-related patient leads and drive appointment bookings through our website.

Responsibilities:
- Create reels, posts, educational surgery content, Blog writing
- Create awareness posts for procedures (e.g., piles, hernia, gallbladder, etc.)
- Write captions with clear call-to-action (Book Appointment)
- Design creatives (static + animated reels)
- Manage Instagram & Facebook
- Drive traffic to website booking page
- Lead generation focused content
- Monthly content planning

Deliverables :
- 20–25 posts per month
- 12–15 reels per month
- Story posting regularly
- Monthly content calendar
- Lead generation strategy
- CTA focused on Book Appointment

Requirements :
• Experience in healthcare marketing preferred
• Reel creation & conversion-focused content
• Social media growth & lead generation knowledge

Duration :
Freelance / Monthly basis (long-term if performance is good)
