We’re Hiring: Graphic Designer and Content Creator (Real Estate)

Role Overview

We’re looking for 2 creative individuals to join our growing marketing team:

Graphic Designer
Content Creator (Reels and YouTube)

If you understand real estate marketing and can create content that actually converts, this role is for you.

Graphic Designer Responsibilities
Create high-converting creatives for:
Instagram posts and ads
Real estate listings and brochures
Landing page visuals
Work closely with the performance marketing team for ad creatives
Maintain premium and luxury visual branding
Content Creator Responsibilities
Create 15 Instagram Reels per month
Produce 2 YouTube videos per month
Shoot and edit content around:
Property walkthroughs
Lifestyle content
Real estate insights
Understand hooks, storytelling, and short-form trends
Requirements (Both Roles)
Minimum 6 to 7 months of experience
Prior experience in real estate content/design preferred
Understanding of social media trends and performance marketing
Ability to deliver consistently and meet deadlines
Compensation
INR 12,000 to 20,000 per month (Negotiable based on skill and experience)
Bonus Points
Experience working with real estate brands
Knowledge of ad creatives (Meta/Google)
Strong portfolio with proven work
