Full-Time SEO & Site Manager

I need a single, dedicated professional who can join me full time and take complete ownership of my website’s day-to-day performance. Your core mission is to push our pages higher in the SERPs as quickly as possible, while also keeping the site fresh, secure, and running smoothly.

What the role covers
• SEO optimisation – from deep keyword research and on-page tweaks to technical audits, link-building outreach, and regular performance reporting through Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/ahrefs or comparable tools.
• Ongoing content creation – new blog posts, landing-page copy, meta text, and the occasional graphic or infographic that supports our ranking strategy. I will supply brand guidelines and topic priorities; you’ll turn them into search-focused, reader-friendly pieces.
• Routine website maintenance – plugin and theme updates, speed optimisation, uptime monitoring, backups, and quick fixes for any errors that threaten user experience or rankings.

Timeline & commitment
I’m ready to start immediately and expect you to treat this as your full-time position, not a side project. Please outline your typical working hours, the communication tools you prefer, and how you will demonstrate progress toward higher rankings week by week.

Deliverables I will review weekly
1. SEO performance report highlighting ranking movement and any technical issues resolved.
2. Fresh or updated content pieces with the keywords you targeted.
3. Maintenance log showing updates applied, backups completed, and any incidents handled.
