Freelance Social Content Creator Agreement – @animalclipsviral
Role Overview:
You have been selected to join the creator team for @animalclipsviral — a fast-growing media account focused on all things animal content. From short-form reels, meme-style clips, static educational or funny posts, to even National Geographic-style storytelling, the creative range and themes are up to you. Your role is to help us grow this community and reach a wide audience of animal lovers.
Scope of Work:
5-7 posts per week (minimum 5)
Formats may include:
Reels (trend edits, emotional moments, compilations)
Short storytelling clips (e.g. rescue narratives, wildlife facts)
Static or meme-style image posts
Curated content with proper editing, pacing, and text overlays
All content must:
Be formatted and optimized for Reels or feed posts
Follow trending formats and align with viral animal niches
Posting & Access:
You are granted posting access via Meta Business Suite
Access is limited to the @animalclipsviral Instagram account
You will post or schedule content using Meta Business tools
Posting should align with U.S. time zones (preferably 9AM–8PM EST)
Captions, hashtags, and audio selections must be included with each post
You are responsible for staying updated on platform trends and formatting standards
No 3rd party tools for engagement (e.g., bots or automation tools) are permitted
Content Ownership:
All content created under this agreement is considered "work for hire"
Gold Standard Pet owns full rights to all content submitted or published
You may not resell, reuse, or republish content elsewhere without written permission
Timeline & Payment:
One-month trial contract: April 16 – May 15, 2025
Payment Schedule:
First payment: April 30
Final payment: May 15, followed by performance review and discussion for next contract term
Payments are made biweekly
Standards & Expectations:
We value quality over quantity, but consistency is expected
Posts must be engaging, well-edited, and aligned with the tone of viral animal content
Termination Clause:
Gold Standard Pet reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time if quality, communication, or deliverables are not met as outlined in the terms
Unused deliverables may be prorated or excluded from payment if standards are not upheld
Confidentiality & Conduct:
Any login credentials or platform access must be treated as confidential
You agree not to represent or impersonate the brand beyond the scope of content publishing
No content should include political, violent, or controversial material unless explicitly approved
Confirmation:
By continuing with the project, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this agreement as outlined above.
