Full-Time Content Creator for Nailbox Bangalore
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Description:
We are Nailbox, a premium nail & beauty chain in Bangalore.
We are hiring a full-time Shooter + Editor who will sit at our salon centre and create daily short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Ad Creatives).
This is an on-site role (not remote).
You will shoot real clients & services every day and edit fast, clean, high-quality reels.

Your Responsibilities:
Daily (on site):
Shoot 6–12 vertical video clips/day (before/after, process shots, testimonials, therapist videos).
Shoot 8–12 photos/day for social + ads.
Capture clean audio (lavalier mic) for testimonials.
Upload all raw footage daily to Drive (with proper naming).
Editing:
Edit 1–2 reels/day (30–45 sec each) with:
Strong hook in first 2 seconds
Clean cuts
Subtitles + captions
Music sync
CTA endcard
Create 3–5 ad cutdowns/week (15s & 30s variants).
Basic color correction + stabilization.
Process:
Work from the salon location daily
Follow Nailbox brand guidelines
Coordinate with marketing team for weekly content plan
Deliver final files in correct export formats
Skills Needed:
Strong reel shooting experience (phone or camera)
Confident editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar
Ability to tell stories through short-form content
Knowledge of lighting, framing, and aesthetic beauty shots
Ability to work directly on salon floor with clients & staff
Good communication & reliability
Fast turnaround (24–48 hours)
Equipment Advantage (not mandatory but preferred):
iPhone 12 or above / Flagship Android
Gimbal (Osmo Mobile / Zhiyun)
Lavalier mic
Ring light
(We can provide some equipment if required.)
Salary / Project Terms:
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)
Monthly retainer with performance bonus
Long-term role (minimum 6–12 months preferred)
