Full-Service YouTube Management
Budget: $10 – $20 USD
I run several YouTube channels and want a single, reliable team to take them over from A to Z. The core content is educational, so every video must teach clearly while keeping viewers hooked.
What I need you to cover
• Content creation & scriptwriting – research topics, write concise educational scripts, and build an upload calendar.
• Video production – receive my raw footage or voice-over prompts and turn them into polished episodes with clean cuts, color-correction, balanced audio, and eye-catching special effects.
• Animation & motion graphics – add 2D/3D graphics, lower thirds, intro/outro stingers, or explainer sequences that reinforce each lesson.
• Channel management & optimization – craft click-worthy titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails, schedule releases, manage playlists, and track analytics to improve CTR, retention, and subscriber growth.
Typical flow
1. I provide the topic, rough talking points, or footage.
2. You draft the script, share for quick approval, then edit and enhance the video.
3. Once the final cut is signed off, you upload, optimize, and schedule it.
4. Each week you review performance data and suggest tweaks for the next batch.
What to include in your proposal
– Your team makeup and past educational channels you’ve grown.
– Editing and motion-graphics tools you use (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
– Average turnaround time for a 10-minute video and your revision process.
– How you source royalty-free music/SFX and design custom thumbnails.
The goal is a steady pipeline of professional, on-brand educational videos that drive engagement and subscriber growth. If your team can seamlessly handle every step, I’d love to see examples of your work and discuss a long-term partnership.
