Fiction Writer Publicist

I'm seeking an experienced publicist to gain national media coverage for my debut fiction book. The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven track record in securing media placements for authors.
- Established connections with international and national print, online, and broadcast media outlets.
- Strong communication and pitching skills.
- Ability to craft compelling press materials and narratives.


Your efforts should primarily focus on gaining coverage in newspapers, magazines, blogs, news websites, TV, and radio. There also should be an effort internationally, where there always is an interests in all things "Americana." If nothing else my book of short stories is a deep dive into a specific American era.

Note: I believe my background itself is an interesting hook for gaining publicity for my book. I want someone who will devise specific, realistic plans, including a smattering of long-shot pitches. FYI, my book is not self-published.
