I’m looking for a social-savvy partner to take over HH Atelier’s Instagram and turn it into a vibrant, sales-driving showcase for our fashion and lifestyle pieces. Engagement management is my immediate priority: every comment answered, every DM turned into a conversation, and a steady stream of interactive Stories and Reels that keep our audience coming back daily.
Here’s the picture you’ll be working with: product showcases sit at the heart of our feed, and I want them presented through eye-catching product videos. Think quick-cut styling clips, mood-setting look-books, unboxings, and reel-friendly edits that feel polished yet authentic. You’ll plan, script (when needed), and publish this content while weaving in behind-the-scenes moments or UGC only when it supports the main storyline.
Day to day, you’ll handle:
• Full content calendar creation and scheduling
• Hands-on engagement—replying, reacting, and proactively starting conversations
• Organic follower growth tactics that fit our premium positioning
• Sourcing and negotiating with fashion-aligned micro-influencers for collabs and give-aways
• Light Facebook/Instagram Ads setup and optimisation to amplify the best posts
Deliverables each month:
1. 30-day content calendar with post captions, suggested hashtags, and video concepts
2. A minimum of eight edited product videos ready for feed and Reels
3. Engagement report outlining response times, community sentiment, and growth metrics
4. Influencer shortlist with proposed angles, estimated reach, and projected costs
5. Ad performance summary (if ads are live) with recommendations for the next cycle
