PROJECT OVERVIEW
We are a web development and hosting company (Growth Net) looking for a skilled content creator/editor to assist with the creation of faceless, short-form vertical videos for TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
The focus of this project is on high-quality, engaging, voice-over-driven videos that educate, build authority, and drive engagement for a digital services brand.
This is a content production role, not social media management.
SCOPE OF WORK (HIGH-LEVEL)
The freelancer will be responsible for:
Creating short-form vertical videos (20–30 seconds)
Videos must be faceless (no on-camera presence required)
Use of:
Screen recordings
Stock footage
Text animations
Visual highlights
Adding:
Captions/subtitles
On-screen text
Smooth transitions
Syncing visuals to provided voice-over scripts
Ensuring videos are optimized for:

Clear, minimal, not over-designed
Optimized for retention and clarity
