Facebook Volunteer Outreach Strategy

Job ID: 40393052

Budget: $8 – $15 USD

I run an MS-focused charity and I need expert help turning our Facebook presence into a steady source of committed volunteers. The sole aim right now is recruitment—specifically people who can give administrative support behind the scenes—so everything we do must funnel interested followers toward a simple sign-up or Messenger conversation.

Here is where I’m starting:
• The charity page exists but is underused.
• I’ve chosen “creating engagement posts” as the core tactic rather than just throwing up job descriptions. Stories, polls, reels—anything that sparks dialogue is welcome.
• Awareness and fundraising are nice bonuses later, yet volunteer numbers matter first.

What I’m looking for you to deliver:
• A concise content calendar (four weeks to begin) filled with post ideas, copy, and suggested visuals that speak directly to potential admin volunteers.
• Guidance on page optimization—from profile imagery to call-to-action buttons—so each interaction nudges visitors toward volunteering.
• Tips or templates for quick replies in comments and Messenger that keep momentum high and convert interest into sign-ups.
• Metrics to track during the first month so we know which posts resonate and where to tweak.

If you’ve grown Facebook communities, especially for nonprofits, tell me briefly how you’d approach our niche. I’ll share branding assets and access to the page once we agree on the plan.
