We are seeking an experienced Reputation Management Specialist to help clean, repair, and improve online reputation across multiple platforms. The project covers three individuals and two companies, requiring a strategic, confidential, and results-driven approach.
Scope of Work Includes:
For All Parties (3 individuals + 2 companies):
• Removal or suppression of negative search results
• Improving Google search visibility and SERP ranking with positive content
• Creating and managing high-authority profiles
• Publishing SEO-optimised articles, press releases, and positive content
• Monitoring Google search, social media, news mentions, and forums
• Ongoing strategic recommendations
• Building a strong, credible online presence
• Crisis communication support (if required)
• Monthly performance reporting
Platforms to Cover:
• Google Search results
• Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
• News sites, blogs, forums
• Business directories
• Review platforms (if applicable)
Deliverables:
• Action plan for all 5 entities
• Monthly reporting showing ranking changes and suppressed content
• 10–20 new positive online assets (articles, profiles, content) per month
• Reputation repair strategy (short-term + long-term)
• Monitoring dashboard setup
Requirements:
• Proven experience with online reputation management (ORM)
• Ability to suppress/remove negative content from Google
• Strong SEO and content creation skills
• Confidentiality is essential
• Must work quickly and efficiently
• Experience handling sensitive matters professionally
